YOU SHALL NOT BE ASHAMED

“Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more. Isaiah 54:4”

Yes, you can’t be ashamed because Jesus Christ took all your shame and nailed it to the cross of Calvary, Colossians 2:14-15.

Praise the Lord! When Apostle Paul came into contact with Jesus Christ he truly declared that he was not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation, to the Jews first and secondly to the Gentiles, Romans 1:16. Anybody who feels ashamed of Jesus Christ is living in ignorance and after reading this gospel should repent and be bold with the inheritance he/she has received.

Truly indeed, Jesus Christ is our inheritance; we move, live and have our being in Him.

Those who are not born again and feel ashamed/shy to receive Him as Lord and Savior should repent and receive Him as Lord and personal Savior after reading this gospel because without Jesus Christ there is no eternal life for them but rather eternal damnation in the lake of fire.

Dearly beloved, be glad with the inheritance you have and tell someone about the love of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

YOU CAN ALSO INHERIT THE EARTH

YOU CAN ALSO INHERIT THE EARTH

“Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Matthew 5:5”

My fellow readers and brethren, Jesus Christ is definitely right.

The earth can be inherited; Heaven is not the only inheritance of the Saints.

The earth also is an asset of God which can be inherited by faith and by the conduct of meekness.

To be meek is to be extremely humble and being totally devoted and obedient to our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ without any shadow of doubt.

Moses was meek amongst the people of his time yet missed the promised land out of anger/disobedience.

Instead of speaking to the rock, he was angry with the Israelite and hit the rock twice, Numbers 20:8-12.

Even though water came out of the rock, God was angry with Moses because the rock that followed them was Christ and Christ must die once, 1 Corinthians 10:4.

So Moses missed the promised land though God favored him by showing him the promised land from far off before he died.

We must be meeker than Moses: we should be meek like Jesus Christ and we shall inherit the earth.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED THE LILIES

“Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Luke 12:27” When our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ utters a word, we must not take it for granted but rather take it seriously and make it dear to our heart.

When we make it dear to our heart, it brings understanding which leads to appreciating Jesus Christ as GOD.

Have we as children of God considered the lilies of the field?

They are so beautiful and prettily arrayed! They don’t toil and neither do they move/spin; they are fully dependent on the LORD for everything.

Their faith, hope, and love are GOD and God makes sure they have their due.

This is the message Christ Jesus wants to drum home into us. We, as children of God, will surely have our due; therefore, we should not worry, toil, and misunderstand God.

We should work in our jobs/career in a sincere and faithful manner whilst depending on the Lord and He shall supply all our needs amen, Philippians 4:19.

Dear friend, if you see lilies kindly consider them carefully and you will understand the message of Jesus Christ about absolute dependence on Him for He is our life and strength.

|| DEVELOP YOUR SPIRITUAL MINDSET||

“For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Romans 8:6”

The natural/carnal mindset ends in death or is short-lived.

To be carnally minded or to have a natural mindset is to be led by the five natural senses of the body, that is, the sense of sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch/feel.

These are the children of God who are concerned about only what will gratify the body.

In other words, they are only concerned about what to eat, wear, and live by whatever they see, hear, or feel: they are not concerned about their spiritual needs.

On the other hand, those who are spiritually minded or have the heavenly mindset have prioritized their spiritual needs above everything else: they live by the Word of God.

These are God’s children who give priority to the study of the Holy Scriptures, prayer, fellowship, righteousness, brotherly love, faith, hope, worship, and praise; these activities can only produce life and peace. Hallelujah!

BE WHERE GOD PLACED YOU

“And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. Genesis 2:15”

The LORD is such a good GOD:

He did almost everything for man; after creating man, He took man and put him into a garden of Eden, a wonderful garden, to dress it and to keep.

The whole duty of man was to dress/cultivate this beautiful garden, to be entirely his business.

Unfortunately, man disappointed the LORD God and He kicked him from the wonderful garden He had given him. GOD hates disappointments;

if Adam and Eve had admitted their mistake/sin and asked the LORD for forgiveness, God would have forgiven them but Adam blamed God and Eve blamed the devil.

Dearly beloved Christian, where has God put you or what has He committed to your care? Kindly please Him by honoring Him and your responsibility so that you don’t lose it by repeating the mistake/sin of Adam and Eve.

Dare to be different unto Your GOD and you will never live to regret it.

TRUST IN THE LORD

“Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Psalms 37:5”

It is easy for the children of the LORD to commit their way unto the LORD but do they trust Him? This is a question we all must answer one way or another, especially in times of waiting.

After praying to God, you must receive your answer in prayer before you stop praying.

If you don’t receive the answer in your prayer, waiting patiently for the physical manifestation of your prayer becomes frustrating. God will test every child of His with the ability to wait/patience.

The enemy is inpatient and will want to influence you to be like him but GOD wants to develop the virtue of patience/long-suffering in you.

The opening scripture described God as a prayer answering God; therefore, we must learn to marry our prayers with our trust in God so that the moment of prayer can be exciting.

UNFOGIVENESS HINDERS PRAYERS

“Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16”

The opening scripture above is dealing with corporate prayer, which can be applied to prayer in general.

Failure to forgive hinders corporate prayer; no wonder Apostle James said we should be bold enough to tell one another where we or they are going wrong so that corporate prayer can be a time of feasting and refreshing because answers are received and miracles, signs, and wonders are pronounced.

As a child of God, you should not keep offence inside you as it will pollute your spirit. Go to the offender quickly and show him/her his/her fault quickly and politely before it begins to harm you.

The enemy would want you to keep offence inside you so that he can rely on it to destroy your conscience and spiritual growth in prayer. Don’t allow him; put him to shame and enjoy prayer any time you pray alone, and especially church/corporate prayer meetings. Praise the Lord!

DON’T COMPARE YOUR CALLING WITH ANOTHER JUST OBEY ; Joshua Oduyoye

“By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name: Romans 1:5”

Apostle Paul was saying that Jesus Christ was responsible for giving grace and the office of ministry.

This calling must be obeyed to give honor and allegiance to the one who called, Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

This is not the time, as a Christian, to compare your gift and office of ministry to that of another brother in the faith. Jesus Christ knows all and gives according to His divine wisdom.What we need to do, as children of God who have been called to these offices, is to explore more about our own calling and ask for more grace to accomplish the task that goes with the calling.

What Christ Jesus is looking for is faithfulness; therefore, let us stop the comparisons, love one another’s offices and gifts, and focus on what we have been called to do, Matthew 25:21-23.

We should refrain from abandoning the gift and the office for any reason, for Christ Jesus does not entertain excuses, Matthew 25:24-30. Praise the Lord!

ARE YOU SUBMITTED TO GOD; joshua oduyoye

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. James 4:7”

If you have a problem with submission as child of GOD, it is time to say to yourself, “I AM SUBMITTED TO GOD”.

The more you say it to yourself, the Holy Spirit will empower you to submit to Him and hence to those in authority.

A child of God should freely submit to God so that it will be easy for him to resist the devil and all manner of evil. Praise the Lord! If you do not submit to God, you cannot resist the devil and evil.

Hence, you will become proud like the enemy and become his footstool, being controlled by him. That is the more reason that some Christians cannot make much progress with the gospel.

Be an exception and submit to God and the authority in your church and your state.

God will richly bless you.
